HOW TO USE

Use on dry skin before showering, 3–5 times per week.
Begin at the neck using light, gentle strokes toward the collarbones.
Next, brush the arms from the hands toward the armpits. Continue with the abdomen using gentle clockwise circles.
Finish with the legs, brushing from the feet toward the groin, followed by the glutes and lower back using upward strokes toward the hips.
Always brush toward your nearest lymph nodes using long, gentle strokes. The skin should appear lightly pink—never irritated.

GIGI’S RITUAL

“I started dry brushing to detox and I loved how it made my skin glow. I wanted a brush that was easy to hold, with natural bristles for gentle friction, so I created The Body Brush. I love using it with The Body Massage Tool for a complete full body ritual.”

Stimulate & awaken using your fingertips to gently massage the lymph nodes in your neck, armpits, thighs and behind your knees (the major “hinges” of your body). This step prepares your lymph nodes to receive and dispose of the fluid we’ll be moving.
Now that you’ve “awakened” your lymph nodes, you’re ready for your dry brushing ritual. Start with completely dry skin, before a bath or shower, and always brush in long rhythmic strokes to move fluid toward your lymph nodes. Aim for 5-10 strokes per area.
After your dry brushing ritual, shower to remove the dead skin that’s been exfoliated.
