BATH TIME RITUALS
This may be my favorite part of the day. I commit to being in tune with my body and mind away from anything else.
- Begin this ritual by dry-brushing to exfoliate any dead skin that may be sitting at the surface of your body. The Dry Brush is an excellent pre-bath tool to open up pores, which helps absorb the benefits of all the natural ingredients in our bath soak. While you dry brush, run a hot bath to your liking.
- Use the Heart Opener soak, which has coconut oil, dead sea salt, & roses, to hydrate, remineralize, debloat, and relax. Sit in your bath anywhere from 15-20 minutes.
