INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup of mixed fresh berries
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup of Coconut water
2 Tbsp of raw honey
Pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix all ingredients in medium saucepan.
  • Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Poor over your 3-ingredient pancakes or cool and refrigerate.
