Self-care is important for your physical, mental, and spiritual health. It’s a promise and commitment to better and nurture yourself, and when you do so consistently, your life will begin to change and flourish, all from showing up as your strive to become your best self each day.
There are so many different ways to practice self-care and to build it into your routine, from a morning meditation, to a 10 minute outdoor walk in the middle of the work day, to a daily self-love ritual. However you choose to show up, the most important factor of self-care is consistency. It’s the key to building great habits and enjoying the results.
