Daily Wellness Regimen From A To Zinc

As a self-proclaimed wellness junkie I’ve tried almost everything. In the last eight years of my career in the wellness industry, I’ve had the opportunity to test and try all the newest wellness trends before anyone else, which has brought me to the realization that when it comes to health and wellness, there are no rules. The only rule is: do what works for you.

This year has given me a moment to really connect to myself and my body. It’s allowed me to re-evaluate how I want to live and feel every day. 2020 has been such a crazy year, and through this new self-care routine is how I’ve been staying healthy, happy, grounded, energized, and fit.

5:30-7am: Wake up and drink 16-21oz of water. I leave a water bottle in my night table before I go to bed, so when I wake up it’s at the perfect drinkable temp. Anywhere from 5-30min of meditation. I take this time to practice gratitude and choose a guided meditation on insighttimer for the mood of the day.

8am: 10mL of QuintEssential raw unheated ocean minerals for trace mineral & electrolyte replenishment. Followed by 16 oz of fresh, organic celery juice as per medicalmedium. See why I started drinking celery juice. With my juice I take 1000 mg of Nativo Organics Turmeric Capsules, 125 mcg of Vitamin D, 30 mg of Zinc, & 1,000 mg of Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C

9am: American coffee with 2 tsp lairdssuperfoodcreamer then 1 tbsp or more of BrainOn Supreme E3Live for increased focus and clarity, and the ability to function at a higher level. One hour of movement: yoga, pilates, or a power walk.

10am: Stay full, look young smoothie. I pack my smoothies with vegetables rich in protein, fruits rich in antioxidants, and beautifying superfoods.

12:30-1pm: Lunch, usually a big salad with a protein source. I drink a lot of water throughout the day.

3pm: I usually have a Golden Mylk afternoon-pick me up made with Vital Proteins Turmeric Blend

6-8pm: Dinner looks different every day. Most of the time it consists of vegetable broth and a salad, or a piece of grilled salmon with some vegetables. However, if we dine out, I usually indulge in a guilt-free sushi or pasta meal accompanied by a much-needed glass of wine or sake.

9-10pm: 5-15 min of self-lymphatic drainage massage using our Lymphatic Body Tool. Followed by a bath using Vital Tonics CBD Bath Bomb and Epsom salt

Before bedtime I have a big glass of water or lemon tea with 1 tsp of Moonjuice Magnesi-OM powder to reduce stress, ease my muscles, and help me wind down for a night of deep sleep.

10pm: Set my Vitruvi Diffuser with Lavender Essential Oil in my room before the lights are out and hope my baby sleeps through the night!

Sweet Dreams beauties!
