Girl of the Month: Meet Asha Elias
Bienvenido March! You guys already know I love the girl of the month feature. I truly enjoy the interview, the shoot, and what I love the most is that I get to know and learn from these fabulous women! March happens to be my favorite month of the year. It kicks off Spring (my favorite season), represents rebirth, letting go of layers, getting out of the shell, and with today’s full moon on Virgo…I’m ready for it all! This month’s focus is to adopt wellness as a lifestyle; not only as something you do. We will take you through this journey. Asha Elias, radiates wellness through her home, style, and the way she moves in the world. She’s a mom of 2 beautiful children, wife, friend, philanthropist, yogi, and Miami’s most loved influencer. Enjoy getting to know her! xx
Occupation: Stay at home mom, Philanthropist. Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami.
Describe a day in Asha’s life. A typical day for me is scheduled down to the minute! I start with dropping my two kids off at their schools, and then head straight to my workout (which is either Crossfit or Ashtanga yoga). After a good sweat, I run home for a quick change and head to whatever meetings I have that day. I'm on the board and the am the gala chair for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami (in addition to several other non-profit committees), so that takes up the largest portion of my day. At 3pm I put my mom hat back on, pick up both kids, and head to our daily after school activities. By early evening, I head home to feed and tuck in the kids, then either have dinner with my husband or a night out with the girls!
Favorite coffee shop in Miami. My kitchen! I brew my locally roasted Per’la coffee and drink that with my homemade cashew milk. Best way to decompress at home. Cuddling in with Jamie and the kids for a movie night AND/OR a glass of red wine.
Last thing you cooked. Valentines Day dinner! Fillet from Proper Sausages (I eat beef maybe twice a year), with roasted brussel sprouts, grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. That's what my husband wanted!

Go-to beauty brand. GEE beauty
Must-have face treatment. Facial with Lauren at Petite Skin Retreat. Beauty secret. Smile :) Best beauty tip to share. I'm a very low-maintenance girl when it comes to beauty. I could use a few tips myself! What’s your go-to fitness routine or regimen? Ashtanga yoga and Crossfit- they are so different, but really balance each other out. Where do you work out and why do you go there? Ahana yoga in the Design District because my longtime ashtanga teacher, Daylene, is there and the owner Dawn Feinberg is a beautiful soul and friend.
What is your approach to nutrition? Mostly local and mostly organic. I have a home garden where I source as much as I can, and if I do eat meat, I try to make sure it's ethically and locally raised.
