Brr! It is chilly in Aspen, but I appreciate the free cryotherapy. Am I right? After a few days of traveling, skiing, and doing all the fun activities one does while being on vacation in the mountains, I need a little extra self-care to get me through the last days. Below is my step-by-step self-care guide on staying well while traveling, especially in mountain towns with cold climates!
For dry skin:
