Superfood highlight: Dragonfruit is rich in antioxidants and a fantastic superfood that supports the immune system.
For a night of romance, in: Feel the heat from home by cooking up these delicious Zucchini Burger Sliders on the grill. I used beyond meat for these, but you are welcome to modify the recipe for your diet. I love to make these sliders because they make at home dinners feel like a real restaurant outing. Pairs deliciously with our Baked Feta with Veggies recipe; don't forget a glass or organic-paraben free wine. You can thank me later!
For Galentine's Day, in: A celebration of all forms of love calls for my favorite drink (sans all the sugar and calories), a Rose Water Margarita, Consciously enjoy this beauty take on a classic margarita with your girlfriends. We suggest having something to nibble on, like organic corn chips paired with my famous Lemon Pepper Tequila Hot Sauce
