My Weekly Grocery List

I love sharing my weekly grocery hauls. New finds are fun and they make my trip to WholeFoods more entertaining! However, I want to share my personal grocery list. Yours doesn't have to look like mine, but I'm hoping it serves as a guide :)

PROTEINS & DAIRY

  • 1/2 gal oat milk
  • 1 gal organic coconut milk
  • 1 dozen organic pastured/cage free eggs
  • 24 oz plain coconut yogurt
  • Kite Hill almond yogurt (plain unsweetened, peach, and strawberry)
  • Kite Hill cream cheese alternative (chive and everything flavor)
  • So Delicious coconut mozzarella & cheddar cheese
  • 1 block parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb of wild caught organic salmon

VEGGIES & FRUIT

  • 4-5 avocados
  • 1 bunch of bananas
  • 1 bag of organic limes
  • 1 bag of organic lemons
  • mushroom medley (shiitake, oyster, enonitake, hen of the wood)
  • 1 lb baby spinach
  • 1 lb of kale (I grow my own)
  • 2 heads of broccoli
  • 1 bag of organic carrots 
  • 1 bulb of fennel 
  • 10 stalks of celery
  • 1 large container of Spice World organic peeled garlic
  • 3 pieces of fresh ginger
  • 1 pack of fresh organic medjool dates
  • 4 medium organic yellow onions
  • 4 medium organic red onions
  • 2 medium organic white onions
  • 1 bunch of scallions
  • 1 bunch fresh organic parsley & cilantro
  • 4 large sweet potatoes
  • organic blueberries
  • organic raspberries
  • 4 organic red apples
  • 3 yellow pitayas
  • 1 papaya

WHOLE GRAINS

  • 1 bag of organic quinoa
  • 2 bags of organic jade pearl rice
  • 1 bag of lentils
  • 1 bag of chickpeas

NUTS, SEEDS & OILS

  • 1 bag of raw pumpkin seeds
  • 5 oz of chia seeds
  • 1 bag of unsweetened shredded coconut 
  • 1 jar organic cold pressed coconut oil
  • 1 bottle of avocado oil
  • 1 bottle of organic olive oil
  • 1 bag of dried mullberries
  • 1 bag of dried golden berries

PANTRY STAPLES

  • 1 bag raw cacao nibs 
  • 1 tube organic tomato paste
  • 1 bag nutritional yeast
  • 1 bottle tamari
  • 1 bottle pure maple syrup
  • 1 bottle ground cinnamon
  • 1 bottle garlic powder
  • 1 bottle cayenne pepper
  • 1 bottle red pepper flakes 
  • 1 bottle oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 bottle Himalayan salt
  • 1 bottle black pepper

FRIDGE STAPLES

  • coconut water 
  • Mountain Valley sparkling water 
  • organic ginger soda
  • 1 bottle apple cider vinegar
  • vegan mayonaise
