Kid-Friendly Summer Popsicles

Popsicles are Shiva's favorite snack this summer and it's been the best way for me to sneak in fruits and veggies. For a little extra nutrient boost, I recommended adding some spinach. 


Superfood Highlight: Spinach - This leafy green boasts essential nutrients like fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and even protein. Spinach’s true superpower can be found in its high concentrations of magnesium and vitamin K. It is one of the best plant-based sources for these nutrients, which promote healthy blood and bones.

  • 5 Frozen Organic Strawberries
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Water
  • Popsicle Molds - Im loving these.


  • Add all ingredients into a high speed blender until smooth. Carefully pour mixture into popsicle molds and place in freezer for 1 hour or until completely frozen.
