Kid-Friendly Summer Popsicles
Popsicles are Shiva's favorite snack this summer and it's been the best way for me to sneak in fruits and veggies. For a little extra nutrient boost, I recommended adding some spinach.

- 5 Frozen Organic Strawberries
- 2 Dates
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 Cup of Coconut Water
- Popsicle Molds - Im loving these.
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender until smooth. Carefully pour mixture into popsicle molds and place in freezer for 1 hour or until completely frozen.
