Green Detox Smoothie

Warmer months ahead call for fresher recipes, and I have the perfect one to add to the vault! I have always been the kind of person to consume & eat seasonally. In Miami, we are lucky enough to be kissed by the sun all year round, so a few years ago, I decided to create a garden in my backyard where I now seed various seasonal fruits, veggies, & herbs. 
Shiva & I love grabbing fresh produce from here for morning juices & smoothies. It's a beautiful way of finding a connection to our food. Below is the recipe for my Green Detox Smoothie, filled with healthy fats, an array of minerals, & a generous dose of fiber. 
  • 2 Ribs Celery
  • 2 Cups Kale
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • * Optional Toppings - Bee Pollen, Hemp Seeds, Mulberries, Goji Berries


  • Combine Celery, Kale,Cucumber, Avocado, Pineapple Chunks, and Coconut Water in blender until smooth.
  • Pour into glass, Top with your favorite superfoods, and Enjoy!
