Flow & Glow Smoothie

My Flow and Glow smoothie will help you glow from the inside out. This blend of anti-inflammatory ingredients has the ability to increase lymphatic microcirculation and boost the immune system. A clean diet is the most effective way to reduce inflammation, improve digestion, get more energy, & maintain a healthy weight.   • 1 cup of kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup of spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 fresh organic banana
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp of matcha powder
  • 1 tsp of glutamine 


  • In a blender, place the spinach, kale, banana, and pineapple. Add the enhancers (matcha & glutamine) and the almond milk and blend until smooth.  Add ice if you're using fresh ingredients instead of frozen and blend again.
  • Taste and add more fruit if you’d like your smoothie to be sweeter. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk as needed.
