Dairy-Free Hot Cocoa

As we move into the colder months, my body craves heartier, warmer foods that fire up my soul (and metabolism), and believe it or not this includes raw cacao.
Indigenous cultures have used cacao for centuries as a medicinal drink that they believe helped them connect to the divine during rituals and ceremonies. They also praised this particular bean for its ability to bring energy to the body, awaken the soul, and open up the heart.
Enjoy this easy four-ingredient recipe, alone or with friends & family; it will satisfy your sweet tooth, curb your sugar cravings, & leave you with an open heart.
