My Post-Workout Recovery Smoothie

This is what I drink after my workouts to reduce inflammation, replenish minerals, support muscle recovery, and keep my energy stable.

 Recipe (32oz)

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I use almond milk)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1/2 tsp blue magik
  • Blend until smooth

Why Each Ingredient Is There

Coconut water
→ Natural electrolytes for hydration, muscle function, and recovery

Almond milk (or milk of choice)
