A Green Juice a Day Keeps Inflammation Away  

This is my go-to simple, powerful green juice that I love adding to my daily wellness routine. It’s hydrating, anti-inflammatory, gentle on the gut, and incredible for skin glow.

Ingredients: (16oz):

  • 4–5 celery stalks
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:
Juice all ingredients (this is the juicer I use). Serve fresh and enjoy immediately for maximum benefits. Makes ~16 oz.
