Green Goddess Mask

The fun days of summer can leave our skin in less than pristine condition. After spending the last 3 months enjoying of sunny and salty days on the beach, we can’t help but notice changes in our skin—including discoloration, dryness, and parched skin. My kitchen is my beauty counter when I need something for my skin or my hair, it’s inexpensive and convenient, but most importantly—NATURAL.

I love getting facials from professional aestheticians, but I find homemade natural treatments to be just as effective. Be mindful that raw ingredients can be powerful. They help in healing and revealing beautiful skin, but it’s important to let your skin breathe in between treatments and to not overdo anything. Remember, when it comes to your skin, less is more.

This mask is soothing, creamy, and rich, full of brightening and moisturizing ingredients that can help brighten your dark spots and hydrate your parched skin with its beneficial probiotics and enzymes.

INGREDIENTS
Avocado: avocados are full of good fats and moisture for your skin and hair, and its beautiful emerald-green flesh that delivers lusciousness to your skin.
Aloe: its cooling and soothing effects help heal wounds and calm inflammation, as well as brightening dark spots and hyper pigmentation.
Honey: the food of the gods. Honey, is sweet and dewy, antibacterial and super moisturizing, it can calm acne and give your skin a glow.
