Plant Based Fro-yo

Ever since I became a mother, I have become more vigilant about what I feed my daughter. Unfortunately, many of the food sold in stores, even organic ones, are filled with toxic food additives & fillers! Since I live in Miami heat all year round, a cold, sweet & healthy treat is non-negotiable.
Shiva & I have taken matters into our own hands to create the best version of homemade fro-yo so that we can enjoy this classic treat & also amplify our health at the same time. A de la heart tip: Make this nice-cream with brown or ripe bananas for a sweeter taste. Blend with strawberries, blueberries, or mint for various health benefits, flavors & fun colors the kids will enjoy. Get creative! Let the kids decorate this cold snack with their favorite organic, & kid safe toppings. I guarantee you that your whole family will be asking for seconds!
With love,
Gigi & The De La Heart Team
