Yes, LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE, actually works

The treatment that’s popular in Europe and all of Latin America—specially in Brazil has made its way to the US. I was introduced to it a year ago by a dear friend of mine, who swears it’s her beauty secret. Well, ladies and gentlemen, it’s no secret that it is mine too! 

So what exactly is a lymphatic drainage massage? Camila Perez, my lymphatic drainage masseuse, explains that “it’s a drainage method that helps improve health and free flowing of the lymphatic system. This method moves fluid toward lymph nodes in the body while incorporating high definition massage techniques". Some people can lose inches in just one session, but consistency is the key for long term results. While lymphatic massage does not produce permanent weight loss on its own, it may aid you in removing excess body weight by improving digestion and removing waste products from your body. 

My experience: To say that lymphatic drainage changed the appearance of my legs it's an understatement.
